If you’re newly engaged or somewhere along the planning journey, I’d love to be part of it. one-hour planning call This is a relaxed, zoom discover call, online or in person. Where we begin by understanding your vision and key decisions, such as whether your ceremony will take place in a church or at your venue. From there, our conversation flows through every part of your wedding day, ensuring nothing is overlooked. Following the call, you’ll receive a personalised wedding file, giving you the knowledge and confidence to plan with ease and without stress. What you’ll receive: • A full wedding detailed timeline and planning checklist • A master budget with a clear payment schedule • A table plan template This process is designed to remove the stress and uncertainty that often comes with wedding planning. With clear guidance, practical tools and trusted advice, you’ll feel calm, organised and confident knowing you’re making the right choices from the very beginning. on-the-day coordination This service includes a dedicated pre-wedding planning call to review your full event in detail, ensuring every element is aligned in advance. I’ll liaise closely with your venue and suppliers, working behind the scenes so nothing is overlooked. On the wedding day, I’ll be on site for up to eight hours, overseeing set-up, managing logistics and guiding the flow of events from morning preparations through to your first dance. Where location requires, arrival the night before can be arranged to ensure a seamless start to your day. Should you wish to meet in person at the venue ahead of the wedding day, this can be arranged for an additional fee. This includes: • Pre-wedding planning call • Full coordination of wedding-day logistics • Up to 8 hours of on-the-day service • Main point of contact for all suppliers • Supervision of the event flow through to the first dance • Delivery of final supplier payments, where required Planning support & final six weeks coordination Six weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet to review and hand over your full wedding file. From this point, I take the lead, liaising with suppliers, coordinating with your venue and managing all final details, allowing you to step back and enjoy the lead-up to your day. This includes: • Unlimited email support throughout your planning period • Weekly planning check-ins to build and refine your wedding file • One site visit to your venue • Acting as your venue point of contact for the agreed period • Curation and development of your overall event vision • Research, recommendation and sourcing of all suppliers • Initial supplier contact and price negotiation • Creation and management of your overall wedding budget • Cost allocation, tracking and RSVP management • Creation of a detailed wedding-day timeline • Scheduling and coordination of all suppliers Full planning is on request
