Wedding Day Coordination You’ve planned your wedding, booked your suppliers and made all the decisions. Now you’d just like to enjoy the day without being the person everyone comes to with questions. I offer two Wedding Day Coordination options, depending on the support you need. Day-of Wedding Coordination I come on board around 6–8 weeks before your wedding to get to know your plans, liaise with your venue and suppliers and make sure I understand exactly how you want your day to run. On the wedding day, I’m there from approximately 11am until you are called for your meal, keeping an eye on timings, coordinating with your venue and suppliers, helping with guest movement, photo lists and those inevitable little things that crop up along the way. I’ll also be the main point of contact for your venue and suppliers on the day, so questions and little issues come to me rather than to you. Ceremony + Wedding Day Coordination If you’d like me to conduct your ceremony too, I can combine both services. I’ll create and conduct your personal wedding ceremony as your Celebrant and HSE Registered Solemniser, while also looking after the coordination of your wedding day. It means you have one experienced point of contact who knows your plans, your ceremony and how you want the day to run. After more than 30 years working in hospitality, including over 20 years at Ballymascanlon House Hotel where I worked as a Wedding Coordinator and later General Manager, I know what goes on behind the scenes of a wedding day as well as what your guests see. My role is to quietly keep an eye on the details so you can get on with enjoying your day. Looking after more than just your ceremony.
